These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit our website, book an appointment, purchase an E-gift Certificate, use the client portal, send us a message, or receive communications from Pretty Nails. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website, booking tools, messaging tools, or online services.
1. Services
Pretty Nails provides salon services, appointment booking, client portal features, online messaging, and E-gift Certificate purchase options. Service availability, pricing, staff availability, appointment times, promotions, and operating hours may change without notice.
Online booking requests are not guaranteed until accepted or confirmed by Pretty Nails. We may decline, cancel, reschedule, or modify an appointment when necessary for staffing, safety, payment, availability, or business reasons.
2. Appointments
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, email, service, location, and appointment information.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened service time, rescheduling, cancellation, or additional waiting time.
- Service duration, price, and availability shown online are estimates and may change based on the client request, nail condition, add-ons, staff availability, or salon operations.
- Pretty Nails may refuse service when required for safety, inappropriate conduct, suspected fraud, policy violations, or other legitimate business reasons.
3. E-gift Certificates and Payments
E-gift Certificates are intended for eligible Pretty Nails purchases and services. Unless otherwise required by law, E-gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, cannot be replaced if lost or used without authorization, and may be subject to verification before redemption.
Online payment processing, if available, may be handled by third-party payment providers. Pretty Nails is not responsible for payment provider outages, declined transactions, processing delays, bank fees, chargebacks, or errors caused by inaccurate information supplied by the client.
4. SMS, Email, and Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number or email address and choosing to receive communications, you consent to receive service-related messages from Pretty Nails. Messages may be sent directly by Pretty Nails or through service providers such as Twilio, telecommunications carriers, email providers, or similar technology vendors.
Messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellations, and waitlist updates
- Client portal verification codes and account-related notices
- E-gift Certificate purchase, delivery, and support messages
- Customer support responses and important service updates
5. SMS Consent, Rates, and Opt-Out
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services from Pretty Nails.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP or by contacting Pretty Nails directly.
Wireless carriers, Twilio, and other messaging providers are not liable for delayed, failed, blocked, filtered, or undelivered messages. Pretty Nails does not guarantee that SMS, email, internet, or chat messages will be delivered, received, or read within any specific time.
6. Website, Internet, and Technology Use
The website, booking system, client portal, chat, E-gift Certificate flow, SMS features, and related online services are provided on an as-available basis. Internet access, browser behavior, device performance, third-party services, carrier networks, hosting providers, and software updates may affect availability or performance.
Pretty Nails does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free operation of the website or online services. We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any online feature at any time.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the website, booking tools, client portal, chat, messaging systems, or E-gift Certificate tools. You may not submit false information, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, upload harmful files, or use our systems for unlawful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your own phone, email, device, browser, and internet connection, and for reviewing appointment, purchase, and message details before submitting them.
8. Privacy and Data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information. By using our website or services, you also agree to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Pretty Nails uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission, electronic storage method, SMS system, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Our website and communications may depend on third-party providers such as hosting providers, software vendors, payment processors, Twilio, carriers, analytics or security tools, email providers, and other service providers. 11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pretty Nails, its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, booking issues, message delays, internet failures, third-party services, appointment changes, E-gift Certificate issues, or salon services.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, any claim related to our website, online services, communications, appointments, E-gift Certificates, or salon services is limited to the amount you paid to Pretty Nails for the specific service or transaction giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Pretty Nails harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse of our website or services, inaccurate information you provide, violation of these terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement of another person's rights.
